Privacy Policy

FlowAlert is operated by Create Swift Co., Ltd.("FlowAlert", "we", "us"), a company registered in Thailand under registration number 0205568034531, with its registered office at 238/6 Moo 6, Nong Prue Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi 20150, Thailand. Create Swift Co., Ltd. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our mobile apps are published on the app stores by Alertstream Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17252266), an affiliate acting solely as app publisher; Create Swift Co., Ltd. remains the operator and data controller.

FlowAlert provides an operational alerting service that routes events to the right people via push notifications. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web dashboard, and mobile apps.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, handled through our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up or sign in (including via Apple or Google).
• Workspace & event data — workspaces you belong to, routing rules, on-call schedules, and the events/alerts sent to your workspace and their delivery status.
• Device & push tokens — a push notification token for each device so we can deliver alerts (via Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and/or Expo).
• Billing information — for paid plans, payments are processed by Stripe; we store a customer/subscription reference, not your full card details.
• Usage & diagnostics — limited technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To deliver the service — route events, send push notifications, and track acknowledgement and escalation.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process subscriptions and enforce plan limits.
• To provide support and to maintain, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run FlowAlert, under contract:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — subscription billing.
• Apple (APNs), Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Expo — push notification delivery.
• Resend — transactional and account email.
• Vercel, Neon, Railway — website/app hosting, database, and infrastructure.

Cookies & analytics

Our web dashboard and marketing site use a small number of strictly necessarycookies for authentication and security (set by our auth provider, Clerk). We use Vercel's privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage and performance. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party cross-app tracking, and our mobile apps do not use advertising identifiers.

International data transfers

We are based in Thailand, and our service providers may process data in other countries (including Singapore, the United States, and the EU). Where we transfer personal data from the UK or EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active so we can provide the service. Event and alert history is retained according to your plan's retention period. After you delete your account, some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, directly and without contacting us:

• In the mobile app — open Settings → Delete account. (If you own a workspace, you can delete your account together with the workspaces you own.)
• On the web — go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete account.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your push device tokens, and your membership in workspaces, and cancels any active subscription. This action is immediate and cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing privacy@flowalert.io and we will delete your account within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Children

FlowAlert is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
