Stripe Integration
Get Stripe failed payments, chargebacks, and new payments pushed to the right person on your team the moment they happen — with acknowledgement tracking and automatic escalation. Connects directly with a native webhook, no Zapier required.
1,000 free events/month · No card required
Stripe's mobile push is one account-wide on/off toggle — you can't send disputes to finance and failed payments to support.
A chargeback missed past its evidence deadline is money you simply lose.
Email receipts pile up in a shared inbox — the urgent ones look like the routine ones.
There's no acknowledgement, no escalation, and no on-call — nobody actually owns the response.
FlowAlert receives Stripe's webhook directly, verifies its signature, and routes each event to the right person — with acknowledgement and escalation built in.
1,000
Free events every month to start. No card required.
From event to acknowledged alert — the whole path, in order.
In FlowAlert → Integrations, add a Stripe source and copy your webhook URL
In Stripe → Developers → Webhooks, add an endpoint and paste that URL
Paste Stripe's signing secret back into FlowAlert
Choose the events to route — failed payments, disputes, new payments
Every webhook is signature-verified, then pushed to the right person — who acknowledges, or it escalates

Chargeback war room
The moment a dispute is opened, the chargeback lands on your finance lead's phone with the amount, reason, and deadline — so you respond with evidence before the window closes instead of finding out a week later.
Failed-payment recovery
Route failed payments straight to whoever runs dunning. They reach out while the customer is still warm — recovering revenue that silently churns when a card declines unnoticed.
Big-payment ping
Send a quiet heads-up to the founder or account manager when a payment over a threshold completes — match on the amount field in a routing rule.
After-hours on-call
Disputes and failures don't keep business hours. Put your finance team on an on-call rotation so the alert reaches whoever's covering tonight — and escalates if they miss it.
FlowAlert is a real Stripe webhook endpoint. You paste your FlowAlert URL into Stripe and your Stripe signing secret into FlowAlert — every event is then signature-verified before it routes.

The things people ask before connecting this — the docs cover the rest.
No. FlowAlert gives you a real webhook URL you paste straight into Stripe → Developers → Webhooks. There's no Zapier account, no premium app, and no per-task fees — Stripe sends events directly to FlowAlert.
When you add the webhook endpoint in Stripe, Stripe shows a signing secret that starts with whsec_. Copy it into the Stripe integration in FlowAlert → Integrations. FlowAlert uses it to verify every incoming event is genuinely from Stripe.
The high-value ones: failed payments (invoice.payment_failed, charge.failed), chargebacks/disputes (charge.dispute.created), completed payments (checkout.session.completed), and subscription cancellations. Each maps to a clean stripe.* event you can route independently.
Yes — that's the whole point. Create one routing rule for stripe.dispute_created that targets your finance lead, and another for stripe.payment_failed that targets support. Each can have its own escalation policy.
Yes. Every webhook is verified against your Stripe signing secret before it's accepted — a forged or tampered request is rejected. The receiver URL also carries an unguessable token unique to your workspace.
Yes. Subscription and invoice events flow through the same webhook. You can alert the accounts team the instant a subscription payment fails or a customer cancels.
Both. Staff install the free FlowAlert app on iOS or Android and receive native push notifications — on the lock screen, with sound and history — the moment a Stripe event fires.
Yes. The free plan includes 1,000 events per month. Pro is $29/month flat for unlimited events and routing rules — no per-seat fee.
Set up FlowAlert in under two minutes: connect a source, define your first routing rule, and the right person’s phone knows from then on.
