Bookly Integration
Get a push notification the instant a Bookly appointment is booked — routed to the right staff member, with acknowledgement and escalation. Connect in minutes via Zapier or the FlowAlert REST API.
1,000 free events/month · No card required
Bookly's email notifications land in an inbox nobody is watching during a busy day.
There's no confirmation a staff member actually saw a new appointment — silence means nothing.
A late cancellation isn't surfaced in time to re-fill the slot from your waitlist.
One missed appointment is a no-show you could have prevented and lost revenue.
FlowAlert pushes each Bookly booking straight to the right person's phone — with optional acknowledgement and automatic escalation if nobody responds.

Free events every month to start. No card required.
From event to acknowledged alert — the whole path, in order.
Pick your connection: Zapier (no code) or the FlowAlert REST API
Zapier — add a "Bookly" trigger and a FlowAlert "Send Alert" action so each new appointment fires an event
REST API — POST the booking to the FlowAlert /events endpoint from your own automation or webhook
FlowAlert's routing rules send it to the right staff member's phone via push notification
They acknowledge in the app — if no one responds in time, it escalates to a manager

The things people ask before connecting this — the docs cover the rest.
Not for Bookly specifically. Bookly is a closed system that doesn't expose WordPress developer hooks, so there's no native plugin trigger to tap. The reliable ways to connect are Zapier (Bookly Pro includes a Zapier integration) or the FlowAlert REST API — both take only a few minutes to set up.
Create a Zap with a Bookly trigger (e.g. "New Appointment") and a FlowAlert "Send Alert" action. Map the appointment details into the event, and FlowAlert routes and escalates it like any other event. The Webhooks & Automation guide in our docs has the exact step-by-step.
Anything that can send an HTTP request can POST a booking to the FlowAlert /events endpoint with your API key — your own webhook handler, automation tool, or a small script. FlowAlert takes it from there.
Yes. As long as the booking details are in the event payload, your FlowAlert routing rules can send each appointment to the right person or team.
Yes. Alerts are delivered via APNs on iOS and FCM on Android, on the lock screen with sound and vibration, even when the app is closed.
FlowAlert starts free with up to 1,000 alerts per month. Pro is a flat $29/month with no per-seat pricing.
Set up FlowAlert in under two minutes: connect a source, define your first routing rule, and the right person’s phone knows from then on.
